Viokit Mission? Pt1

As the sun seeped through Viokit's den, his eyes slowly opened. After he realized it was morning he quickly jumped up, urgently looking around. This wasn't his normal schedule! He usually got up earlier than this to begin his little chores around the clan... He had to make up for lost time. He rushed out, trotting around the clan. First, he would need Nightstar to tell him what he needed to do. But what if he was absent? Viokit's whole day would be totally ruined... He scrambled around, searching for the leader, but had no luck. He sat with a downtrodden expression. Now what?...

Contrary to Viokit, this was actually too early for Goldenpaw. The Purrloin was resting on one of the middle branches of a not too tall but not too short tree, some kind of fish meat on his stomach as he lay on his back, legs sprawled out and stretched to the max. He grinned in his sleep, a good dream maybe? Evolution, eating, more sleeping, he could have been dreaming about anything.

He rolled over on to his side, yawning. Unfortunately for the half-awake Purrloin this was a tree, not a bed, and he rolled right off of the branch. That woke him up quickly, his eyes snapping open as his paws flailed around desperately for solid bark to latch on to. This would be to no avail, and Goldenpaw missed almost every branch on his descent down. Right before landing his body twisted to the side so he was upright, the rather frazzled Purrloin landing on his feet. His back was arched and his fur was on end, but than Arceus he had reflexes.

He took a deep breath, straightening out as he began to calm down. Now, if he could just get some more sleep...wait, wait a second, that purple fur peeking just slightly over that bush, was that...

Goldenpaws head popped out of one of the bushes nearby the Vulpix, "Vioooooooo!" he called out. Out of all the kits, it was obvious to everyone the Vulpix was his favorite.
